Reporting Content

FIREPOV permits the reporting of content that may be illegal or otherwise violates our content standards. If you believe that content on our platform should be removed, you may submit a complaint through our reporting system.

Submit a Content Report

Review Timeline

FIREPOV acknowledges that all reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt.

Upon receipt of your complaint, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your report within 24 hours
  • Conduct a thorough investigation of the reported content
  • Make a determination within 5 business days
  • Notify you of the outcome via email

Review Process

When a complaint is submitted, FIREPOV follows this process:

  1. Initial Review: Our compliance team reviews the complaint to determine if it falls within our jurisdiction and provides sufficient information to proceed.
  2. Investigation: We examine the reported content against our content standards, terms of service, and applicable laws.
  3. Evidence Collection: We gather relevant documentation, including model releases, age verification records, and consent documentation.
  4. Determination: A decision is made based on the evidence and applicable policies.
  5. Action & Notification: If removal is warranted, content is removed immediately. The reporter and content owner (if applicable) are notified of the decision.

Potential Outcomes

Following our investigation, one of the following actions may be taken:

Content Removal

If the content is found to violate our policies or applicable laws, it will be removed immediately and permanently from our platform.

Content Restriction

In some cases, content may be restricted or age-gated rather than fully removed.

No Action Required

If the content is found to be compliant with our policies and all applicable laws, no action will be taken.

Account Suspension or Termination

In cases of severe or repeated violations, the content owner's account may be suspended or terminated.

Appeals Process

For Individuals Depicted in Content:

Any person depicted in content on FIREPOV has the right to request removal of such content. If consent was not given or is void under applicable law, the content will be removed immediately upon verification.

How to Submit an Appeal:

  1. Submit a report through our content reporting system
  2. Provide verification of your identity (photo ID or other government-issued identification)
  3. Specify the content you wish to have removed
  4. Explain why consent was not given or is void

⚖️ Neutral Dispute Resolution: Should there be a disagreement regarding an appeal or removal decision, either party may request that the dispute be resolved by a neutral third-party arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. FIREPOV will facilitate this process in good faith.

What Can Be Reported

You may report content that falls into any of the following categories:

  • Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
  • Non-consensual content or content posted without permission
  • Content involving individuals who may be underage
  • Content depicting illegal activities or human trafficking
  • Harassment, bullying, or defamatory content
  • Other content that violates our Terms of Service or applicable laws
